A REQUEST BY PATRICK HALLIDAY FOR CITY COMMISSION SPONSORSHIP OF A PRIVATELY INITIATED TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDR) TO ALLOW THE OPERATIONS OF PRIVATE PEDICABS, TO ESTABLISH PERMISSIBLE ZONING DISTRICTS FOR THEIR OPERATIONS, AND TO ESTABLISH REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE USE.
3. WS.2. A REQUEST BY DR. KURT JETTA OF JETTA INVESTMENT CO. FOR CITY COMMISSION SPONSORSHIP OF A PRIVATELY INITIATED TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (LDR) TO ADD MULTI-TENANT HOUSING UNITS AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE WEST ATLANTIC SUB-DISTRICT OF THE CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT, AND TO ADOPT REGULATIONS FOR SUCH USE, INCLUDING MINIMUM UNIT SIZE OF 96 SQUARE FEET AND DISTANCE SEPARATION CRITERIA OF 750 FEET.
