- Resolution 2024/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, authorizing a loan in the aggregate principal amount of not exceeding $14,500,000 to provide financing for certain municipal capital improvements and related costs; authorizing the issuance of a Special Obligation Non-Ad Valorem Revenue Bond, Series 2024, to evidence such loan; making findings and determinations as to the loan and the Series 2024 Bond; accepting the lender's proposal to provide the loan and purchase the Series 2024 Bond; providing that the City's obligations under the loan and the Series 2024 Bond shall be secured and payable from pledged funds consisting primarily of the legally available non-ad valorem revenues of the City; approving the form of a loan agreement with the lender and authorizing the execution and delivery of the Loan Agreement and the Series 2024 Bond; authorizing other required actions in connection therewith; providing that inconsistent resolutions shall be inapplicable; and providing an effective date.
