2. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the award of ITB #25-002 for the rental of portable toilets, sinks and restroom trailers on an as needed basis to Toilets to Go, LLC, as the primary vendor, 39 Environmental, LLC as the secondary vendor, and United Site Services of Florida, LLC, as the tertiary vendor, in a total aggregate annual amount not to exceed $20,000.00; authorizing execution of contracts with each of the three lowest priced responsive and responsible bidders for a two-year term with three additional one-year renewal options; and providing an effective date. 3. Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the Award of ITB #25-017 for water meter fittings, water line and fire hydrant accessories for use in water utility operations on an as-needed basis to Consolidated Pipe and Supply Company, Inc., Ferguson US Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, and Fortiline, Inc. d/b/a Fortiline Waterworks, the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidders for certain requested products, as set forth in Exhibit "A", in a total aggregate annual amount not to exceed $250,000.00; authorizing execution of contracts with each vendor for a three-year term with two, one year renewal options, providing an effective date.
