1. Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the award of Request for Proposal No. 25-021 for surf camp programming to Island Surf and Sport, Inc.; authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Island Surf and Sport, Inc., the sole responsive and responsible proposer, for a three-year term with three optional one-year renewal terms; providing for implementation and an effective date.
2. Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the award of RFP No. 25-026 for code compliance services to Calvin Giordano & Associates, Inc.; authorizing execution of an agreement with Calvin Giordano & Associates, Inc., the sole responsive and responsible proposer, for a five-year term with two additional three-year renewal terms in an annual amount not to exceed $1,499,950.40; providing for implementation and an effective date.
3. Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the ranking and award of RFP No. 25-010 for building services to Calvin Giordano & Associates, Inc.; authorizing execution of an agreement with Calvin Giordano & Associates, Inc., the top ranked responsive and responsible proposer, to provide building services for a three-year term with two additional one-year renewal terms; providing for implementation and an effective date. 6. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving an amendment to Contract #JZ025-06-2026 with the Areawide Council on Aging of Broward County, Inc., for the Alzheimer's Disease Initiative Program to decrease the funding amount from $463,819.00 to $441,234.00; authorizing execution of the Amendment; providing for implementation and an effective date. 7. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving and authorizing the issuance of a purchase order to AWC, Inc. to furnish a High Service Pump No. 7 Controls Upgrade for the Water Plant in an amount not to exceed $247,069.03 in accordance with Section 38-116(3)(c)(2) of the City's procurement code for sole source purchases; providing for implementation and an effective date. 8. Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, authorizing a loan in the aggregate principal amount of not exceeding $5,750,000 to provide funds to pay the cost of purchasing certain equipment, including, without limitation, reimbursement to the City for previously purchased equipment to the extent permissible under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and related costs of issuance; authorizing the issuance of a Special Obligation Non-Ad Valorem Revenue Note, Series 2025, to evidence such loan; making findings and determinations as to the loan and the Series 2025 Note; accepting the lender's proposal to provide the loan and purchase the Series 2025 Note; providing that the City's obligations under the loan and the Series 2025 Note shall be secured and payable from pledged funds consisting primarily of the legally available non-ad valorem revenues of the City; approving the form of a loan agreement with the lender and authorizing the execution and delivery of the Loan Agreement and the Series 2025 Note; authorizing other required actions in connection therewith; providing that inconsistent resolutions shall be inapplicable; and providing an effective date.
