2. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the award of ITB #25-040 for the supply of cartridge filters for the nano and reverse osmosis treatment processes on an as needed basis to Harrington Industrial Plastics, LLC, as the primary contractor, and Core & Main, LP, as the secondary contractor in an annual aggregate estimated amount of $65,000.00; authorizing execution of contracts with each of the two lowest priced responsive and responsible bidders for three-year terms with two additional one-year renewal options; and providing an effective date. 4. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving an Enterprise Master Services Agreement with Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC and its operating affiliates ("Comcast") for a five-year term to provide metro Ethernet fiber services, and a sales order contract with Comcast for a three-year term in an estimated annual amount of $144,400.00, for a total three-year aggregate estimated amount of $432,000.00; authorizing execution of the Master Service Agreement and Sales Order Contract; waiving the requirements for competitive solicitations set forth in Section 38-116 of the Procurement Code; providing for implementation and an effective date. 5. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the issuance of a purchase order to Madsen/Barr Corporation for installation of eight fire hydrants and related services in the amount of $97,200.00, utilizing the terms of the City of Boca Raton's RFP No. 2022-020 and contract; providing for execution and an effective date. 6. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the purchase of a modular building and related improvements and installation services for ocean rescue facilities from Advanced Modular Structures, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $396,635.00, inclusive of a 15% contingency; waiving the requirements for competitive solicitations set forth in Section 38-116 of the Procurement Code; authorizing execution of a purchase agreement; providing for implementation and an effective date. 7. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving and authorizing execution of an amendment to the Traffic Signal and Indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement with JM Family Automotive, LLC, f/k/a JM Family Enterprises, Inc., to replace the traffic control signals at the crosswalk of Jim Moran Boulevard with a high-intensity activated crosswalk signal; providing for implementation and an effective date.
8. <strong>Resolution 2025/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the ranking and award of Request for Qualifications #25-023 for general contractors for federal and state funded housing community development programs to the 11 responsive and responsible contractors to the RFQ; authorizing execution of contracts with all 11 contractors on an as needed basis for two year terms; and providing for an effective date.
