Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the submission of a modification request to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Grant Agreement No. LPA0508 to extend the performance period through September 30, 2026 and extend the Grant Agreement for the Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue Stormwater Project until March 31, 2027; authorizing execution of the amendment to the Grant Agreement; providing for conflicts, implementation, and an effective date.
