Service Agreement to add the financial engagement subscription services for the five-year term in an aggregate amount of $79,331.70, inclusive of a one-time set up fee of $8,030.00, for an updated total contract amount not to exceed $560,047.56; providing for conflicts, implementation and an effective date. 4. Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the Award of ITBC No. 26-017 for injection well IW-1 rehabilitation and mechanical integrity testing to All Webbs Enterprises, Inc.; authorizing execution of a contract with All Webbs Enterprises, Inc., the lowest priced responsive and responsible bidder, in an amount not to exceed $472,000.00, plus a $100,000.00 city contingency to address unforeseen conditions and necessary adjustments during the project; providing for execution and an effective date. 5. <strong>Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving and authorizing execution of an agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection Division of State Lands to receive state appropriation funding in the amount of $450,000.00 for the Oveta McKeithen Park Basketball Courts Air Pavilion Project; providing for implementation and an effective date.
6. <strong>Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving and authorizing execution of the Interlocal Agreement with Broward County for cost share support of the Broward Water Partnership/Conservation Pays Program; providing for an effective date.

Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the special event permit application submitted by Salt & Soil Farmers Market, LLC, to host a farmers market taking place on the northwest area of the Cove Shopping Plaza every Saturday during the months of October 2026 through May 2027 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; approving and authorizing execution of a parking lot license agreement for use of the City's parking area; providing for an effective date. 8. <strong>Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the issuance of a purchase order to Rexel USA, Inc. for two 300 HP Variable Frequency Drives, and related installation, startup and commissioning services for the reverse osmosis feed pumps at the Water Treatment Plant in an amount not to exceed $155,592.45; approving the purchase in accordance with Section 38-116(3)(D)(2) of the City's Procurement Code for non-declared emergency acquisitions; providing for an effective date. 9. <strong>Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving the issuance of a purchase order to Most Dependable Fountains, Inc. to supply and deliver six shower towers in an amount not to exceed $54,100.00; waiving the requirements for competitive solicitations set forth in Section 38-116 of the Procurement Code; providing for implementation and an effective date.
