  2. <strong>Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, approving and authorizing execution of an interlocal agreement with the Deerfield Beach Housing Authority for the City to provide loan funding in the amount of $700,000.00 to the Housing Authority to assist with its Affordable Housing Program; providing for implementation and an effective date. Kushnir, D.O., LLC, to serve as medical director for the City's Fire Rescue Department for a two-year term, with one additional one-year renewal option, in an annual amount of $48,000.00; providing for implementation and an effective date.   5. <strong>Resolution 2026/ - A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, authorizing a loan in the aggregate principal amount of not exceeding $10,500,000 to provide funds to pay the cost of purchasing certain public safety vehicles and certain long-term maintenance plans for such public safety vehicles, including, without limitation, reimbursement to the City for previously purchased public safety vehicles to the extent permissible under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and related costs of issuance; authorizing the issuance of a Special Obligation Non-Ad Valorem Revenue Note (Vehicle Financing), Series 2026, to evidence such loan; making findings and determinations as to the Loan and the Series 2026 Note; accepting the lender's proposal to provide the loan and purchase the Series 2026 Note; providing that the City's obligations under the Loan and the Series 2026 Note shall be secured and payable from pledged funds consisting primarily of the legally available Non-Ad Valorem Revenues of the City; approving the form of a Loan Agreement with the lender and authorizing the execution and delivery of the Loan Agreement and the Series 2026 Note; authorizing other required actions in connection therewith; providing for conflicts and an effective date. Federal Highway every Saturday during the months of October 2026 through May 2027 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; providing for an effective date.
  12. <strong><span style="text-transform: uppercase;">P.H. 2026-089: Ordinance 2026/ - An Ordinance of the City of Deerfield Beach, Florida, authorizing the issuance of debt obligations of the City ("Obligations"), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10,500,000, to provide funds to pay the cost of purchasing certain public safety vehicles, including, without limitation, reimbursement to the City for previously purchased public safety vehicles to the extent permissible under the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended; providing that such obligations shall be secured by and payable from moneys deposited in the debt service fund established for the obligations derived from the City's covenant to budget and appropriate non-ad valorem revenues, as shall be set forth or provided for in a supplemental resolution to be adopted by the City Commission prior to the issuance of the obligations; providing that, subject to the limitations herein contained, the terms of such obligations shall be established or provided for and the obligations shall be sold as provided in the supplemental resolution; authorizing the taking of other actions relating to the obligations; providing for conflicts; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
