- 5 A Brief Introduction of the New Director of the Country Club Division
- 6 a. General Country Club Division Updates – The board members were provided with a brief introduction by Director Couceyro regarding the newly appointed Divisional Director of The Coral Gables Golf and Country Club, Danella Escobar. The board members were provided with an updated presentation on the Financial Review of Coral Gables Golf and Country Club for the first quarter of FY25 by Deputy Director Carolina. Deputy Director Carolina Vester informed the board members of some positive updates. She has just been appointed as the Assistant City Manager of Coral Gables. • Athletic Club A paper report was provided to the board members by the Athletic Club Manager, Carlos Llompart, regarding the latest updates of the athletic club. • Venue The board received a paper report from the Venue Manager, Valerie Pinon, regarding the venue's operations last month. • Le Parc Café Deputy Director Carolina Vester proceeded by updating the board members on the cafe at Le Parc. The board members were informed by Director Couceyro that they may present their members' key fobs at Le Parc Café to receive a 10% discount. • Upcoming CIP Projects b. Event Updates • New Event Ideas • Upcoming Events c. General Community Recreation Updates: Director Couceyro continued with the forthcoming event for the month of January, Coral Gables Farmers Market - Saturday, March 1,8,15,22 & 29 at 8 a.m., Bike and BBQ – Sunday, March 16 at 10 a.m. and Movies Under the Gables Moonlight – Friday, March 21 at 7 p.m.
