1. 1 The Arts Advisory Panel will hold its regular meeting commencing at 9:30 a.m. Panel Members and City Staff will be physically present. All interested persons may attend in person or be heard via the Zoom platform used by the City for live remote comments. 7. B.-1. Pre-qualified Artist Request - Daniel Marosi 26-1850 approved Pass
8. B.-2. A Resolution of the City Commission accepting a donation from Friends of The Underline for a proposed artwork by artist Daniel Marosi (unanimously recommended by the Arts Advisory Panel, approval/denial vote: 7 to 0, and the Cultural Development Board approval/denial vote: 5 to 0) and authorizing the City Manager and City Attorney to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with The Friends of The Underline in order to effectuate the donation. 26-1849 approved
