The pruning of any trees on public property and rights-of-way is prohibited unless expressly approved by the tree preservation agency in advance. (Ord. No. 2017-45, § 2(Att. A), 12-5-2017). Code Enforcement Officer Comments - Pruning of city tree located on right of way front of residence. Remedy - Must obtain after the fact permit for pruning of city tree on the right of way. Must obtain certified arborist report specifying tree species, size, condition and any necessary prescriptions.
