The applicant is also requesting the issuance of an Accelerated Special Certificate of Appropriateness and design approval for the demolition and construction of existing garage with extended square footage, alterations to the residence, and sitework. Variances have been requested from Article 2, Section 2-101 D (4) and Article 13, Section 13-303 for the side setback of the new garage and acceptance of the new nonconformance garage.
