A Resolution of the City Commission of Coral Gables, Florida, authorizing a one-time refund of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) of the residential solid waste collection fee to eligible residents, to be issued by check; renewing the Senior Relief Grant Program and the Veterans with Disabilities Grant Program; authorizing the use of previously appropriated funds identified as savings within the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget to fund said refund and grant programs, without amendment to the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget; authorizing the City Manager to take all actions necessary to implement this Resolution; and providing for an effective date.
