An Ordinance of the City Commission providing for Text Amendments to the City of Coral Gables Official Zoning Code by amending Article 11, “Signs,” Section 11-109, “Temporary Noncommercial Signs,” to amend the number and placement of temporary noncommercial signs; eliminating front yard setback requirements; and authorizing additional bonus signs under certain circumstances; providing for repealer provision, severability clause, codification, and providing for an effective date.
