An Ordinance of the City Commission amending Chapter 2, “Administration,” Article III, “Boards, Commissions, Committees,” to create Division 13, “Coral Gables Youth Leadership Council,” and amending Chapter 42, “Community Recreation,” to remove Article III, “Parks and Recreation Youth Advisory Board”; and to transition the members from the Parks and Recreation Youth Advisory Board to the Coral Gables Youth Leadership Council; providing for repealer provision, severability clause, codification, and providing for an effective date.
