An Ordinance of the City Commission amending Chapter 54 - Solid Waste Article III - Collection and Disposal to amend Section 54-121 Roll Off Waste Contractors Franchise Agreements of the City Code; updating certain requirements and establishing requirements for the securing, removal, and emergency management of roll-off containers during tropical storm and hurricane events; providing for penalties, cost recovery, and nonrenewal of franchise agreements for noncompliance; providing for severability clause, repealer provision, codification, and providing for an effective date.
