A Resolution of the City Commission relating to the provision of street lighting services, facilities, and programs within the Cocoplum Phase I street lighting special taxing district; estimating the cost of street lighting services, facilities, and programs to be assessed for the Fiscal Year commencing October 1, 2026; directing the Finance Director to prepare an updated street lighting assessment roll; authorizing a public hearing and directing the provision of notice in connection thereof; providing for a repealer provision, severability clause, and providing for an effective date.
