A Resolution of the City Commission relating to the provision of fire protection services, facilities, and programs in the City of Coral Gables, Florida; providing authority, purpose, and definitions; providing legislative findings; establishing the method of apportionment; determining the estimated fire protection assessed cost; determining the estimated fire protection assessments for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2026; directing the preparation of an assessment roll; authorizing a public hearing and directing the provision of notice thereof; providing for hardship assistance; providing the method of collection and application of assessment proceeds; providing for a repealer provision, severability clause, and providing for an effective date.
