An Ordinance of the City Commission amending Chapter 2 "Administration", Article I- "In General" to create Section 2-6 "Registered Agent" in order to codify the Mayor's designation of the City Attorney as the City's Registered Agent for Service of Process for purposes of Chapter 48, Florida Statutes; providing for severability clause, repealer provision, codification, and providing for an effective date.
