A Resolution of the City Commission directing city staff to review, develop, and implement a process for the installation of rumble strips, tactile edge treatments, or other appropriate protective safety measures along the edges of existing and future bicycle lanes within the city, where feasible and consistent with applicable engineering, safety, and regulatory standards, in order to provide additional protection for cyclists; and providing for an effective date.
