A Resolution of the City Commission authorizing the execution of an agreement for sewer connection for property located outside the City’s sewer district at 1155 Blue Road, Coral Gables, Florida into the City of Coral Gables wastewater collection / transmission system, subject to the requirements of the Public Works Department, as provided under Chapters 62 and 78 of the City Code, Ordinance Nos. 2007-29 and 2009-39 and Resolution No. 2008-07; and provided that the executed agreement be made part of this Resolution.
