An Ordinance of the City Commission providing for text amendments to the City of Coral Gables Official Zoning Code by amending Article 14, “Process,” Section 14-200, “Procedures,” to amend Section 14-213.11, “Adoption Hearing,” to require a supermajority vote of the City Commission for adoption of comprehensive plan map amendments; and providing for a repealer provision, severability clause, codification, and providing for an effective date.
