An Ordinance of the City Commission amending City Code Chapter 105, “Buildings and Building Regulations,” Article II “Building Standards,” Section 105-28 “Construction and Dredging, at Night, on Weekend Days and Holidays” and Chapter 34 “Nuisances”, Article VI “Noise”, Section 34-169 “Enumerated Prohibited Acts” to amend the City Code to prohibit certain construction prior to 8:00 am rather than the current prohibition on certain work prior to 7:30 am; providing for severability clause, repealer provision, codification, and providing for an effective date.
