VARI-24-04-0014 Variance for building stepbacks for a new commercial building located at 1501 and 1505 Sunset Drive: 1. Grant a variance to reduce the required building stepback including balconies on interior side (west) to ten feet (10’) where fifteen feet (15’) is required, pursuant to Section 2-201.D(4) of the Coral Gables Zoning Code. 2.
