Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as ex-officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District (CCWSD), ratify administratively approved Change Order No. 2 and Change Order No. 3, providing for a time extension and use of the Owner’s Allowance under Agreement No. 22-7992R, with Haskins Inc., for the Palm River Areas 1 and 2 Public Utilities Renewal project, and authorize its Chairman to sign the attached Change Orders. (Project No. 70257)
