2. Recommendation to approve a work order for Humiston & Moore Engineers, P.A., to provide professional engineering services for the 2027 South Marco Beach Renourishment Project under Contract No. 18-7432-CZ for a negotiated lump sum fee not to exceed $91,233 and make a finding that this item promotes tourism (Fund 1105, Project No. 90071).
3. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">Recommendation to approve the Work Order for CSA Ocean Sciences, Inc., to continue the required post-construction hardbottom monitoring for the Collier County Beach Nourishment Project in summer 2026 for time and materials not to exceed $293,606 Tourist Development Tax funds under Professional Services Agreement No. 22-8015, authorize the Chair to execute the Work Order, authorize staff to issue Work Orders for lump sum or time and materials, and make a finding that this item promotes tourism (Fund 1105, Project No. 90033).
