(Project No. 60273)
2. Recommendation to approve after‑the‑fact Amendment One to Contract #HP025 between Collier County and the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, Inc., for the Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program grant program, confirming the contract expiration date to June 30, 2026, and reallocating the Weather Related/Supply Shortage Crisis Fund to the Crisis Assistance Fund without changing the total contract amount of $104,400.00. (Human Services Grant Fund 1837)
3. Recommendation to approve a Resolution authorizing the Director of Traffic Operations and Planning to replace the Chief Engineer of Traffic Operations to approve ministerial updates to two Agreements with the Florida Department of Transportation: the State Highway Traffic Signal, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement (Contract No. ARX56, Financial Project No. 41266618801), and State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement (Contract No. ASH85, Financial Project No. 412574-1-78-02).
4. Recommendation to approve a Work Order for Taylor Engineering, Inc., to provide professional engineering services for Collier County Hurricane Milton Planting Restoration Project under Contract No. 18-7432-CZ not to exceed $82,536, authorize the Chair to sign the attached Work Order, and make a finding that this item promotes tourism. (Fund 1105, Project No. 50320)
5. Recommendation to approve the selection committee’s ranking and authorize staff to enter into contract negotiations with Johnson Engineering, Inc., related to Request for Professional Services No. 25-8616, “Verification Testing Services for Vanderbilt Beach Road Extension Phase II and Airport Road Widening,” and bring a proposed agreement back for the Board’s consideration at a future meeting. (Projects Nos. 60249 & 60190)
6. Recommendation to approve a Work Order for Humiston & Moore Engineers, P.A., to provide professional engineering services for the Collier County Hurricane Milton South Marco Beach Renourishment Project under Contract No. 18-7432-CZ for a negotiated lump sum fee not to exceed $91,233, authorize the Chair to execute the Work Order, and make a finding that this item promotes tourism. (Fund 1105, Project No.50320)
7. Recommendation to approve a Work Order for CSA Ocean Sciences, Inc., to continue the required post-construction hardbottom monitoring for the Collier County Beach Nourishment Project in summer 2026, for time and materials not to exceed $293,606 Tourist Development Tax (TDT) funds under Professional Services Agreement No. 22-8015, authorize the Chair to execute the Work Order, and make a finding that this item promotes tourism. (Fund 1105, Project No. 90033)
8. Recommendation to approve a Stipulated Order of Further Extended Possession for Parcel 1463RDUE/TDRE in the condemnation case styled <em data-pasted="true">Collier County v. Del Rio, et al., Case No. 25-CA-240, allowing continued occupancy of the subject property through August 31, 2026, under specified terms and conditions, for the Vanderbilt Beach Road Extension Project No. 60249.
9. Recommendation that the Board, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, award Request for Quote under Agreement No. 20-7800 to Coastal Concrete Products LLC, DBA Coastal Site Development, for the Palm Drive IQ/FM Conflict project, in the amount of $567,100, approve an Owner’s Allowance of $50,000, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Work Order. (Project Number 70166)
10. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, award Request for Quote under Agreement No. 21-7859 to Layne Christensen Company for the South County Regional Water Treatment Plant (SCRWTP) Deep Injection Well IW-1 and IW-2 Mechanical Integrity Testing and Well Rehabilitation project in the amount of $497,800, approve a Budget Amendment, approve an Owner's Allowance of $49,780, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Work Order. (Project Number 71065)
11. Recommendation to authorize a Budget Amendment to allow continuous operation of the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program with an anticipated award in the amount of $2,882,239 for State FY 2026/2027. (SHIP Grant Fund 1053)
12. Recommendation to award Request for Proposal No. 25-8520, “Emergency Catering Services - Grant Funded,” to ABML, LLC, as the primary vendor, SLSCO LTD., as the secondary vendor, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreements.
13. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, award Invitation to Bid No. 26-8628 to Eau Gallie Electric, Inc. for SCWRF Electrical Service #1 Upgrades project in the amount of $6,319,000, approve the necessary Budget Amendment, approve an Owner's Allowance of $400,000, and authorize the Chair to sign the Agreement. (Project Number 70288)
