1. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, approve the selection committee’s ranking and authorize staff to begin contract negotiations with the top-ranked firm, Carollo Engineers, Inc., related to Request for Professional Services No. 26-8635 for the South County Water Reclamation Facility Treatment Technology and Flow Management Improvements project. (Project 70299)
2. Recommendation to approve a Third Amendment to the Leasehold Agreement with the City of Naples Airport Authority extending the term for five years, through October 18, 2031, for the continued operation of the Naples Recycling Drop-off Center, and authorize the Chair to execute the Amendment.
3. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the (1) Third Amendment to the Community Development Block Grant Mitigation agreement between Collier County and Florida Department of Commerce (I0162) and (2) Third Amendment to the subrecipient agreement between Collier County and Collier Health Services, Inc., dba Healthcare Network (MIT22-001) for the hardening of the Marion E. Fether Medical Center in Immokalee. (Grant Funds 1835).
4. Recommendation to authorize a Budget Amendment to recognize revenue and transfer funding for projects within the Transportation Supported Gas Tax Fund (3083) and Transportation & CDES Capital Fund (3081) in the amount of $224,328.34. (Projects 60212, 60085, 60066, 60088, 69331, 69333, and 69336)
5. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant Subrecipient Agreement #PS25-04 between Baker Senior Center Naples, Inc. and the Collier County Board of County Commissioners to increase the number of Geriatric Case Managers from two to three; reallocate funds, update general information based on federal guidance, and revise Exhibits. (Housing Grant Fund (1835), Project 33950)
6. Recommendation to approve the submittal of the FY26 Program of Projects grant application to the Federal Transit Administration, 49 U.S.C. sections 5307/5339, FY26, for grant funds to support the transit system capital and operating costs in the amount of $5,967,319 through the Transit Award Management System and accept the award and authorize any necessary Budget Amendments.
7. Recommendation to award Invitation to Bid 25-8617, “Preventative Maintenance, Repairs and Replacement for Pools and Pool Amenities at Collier County Aquatic Facilities,” to Dale Cooper LLC, Finishing by Baker, Inc., Simmonds Electrical of Naples Inc., StandGuard Aquatics Inc., and Valiente Builders LLC for various categories on a primary, secondary, and tertiary basis, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached agreements.
8. Recommendation to award Request for Professional Services No. 24-8286, “Design Services for Immokalee Road and Livingston Road Flyover,” to DRMP, Inc., in the amount of $7,594,351.10, approve the necessary Budget Amendments, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreement. (Project Number 60268)
