1. Recommendation to award Request for Proposal No. 23-8172, “Collier Area Transit (CAT) Operations Management Services,” to WeDriveU, Inc., in the first-year amount of $12,553,640 for operations and $297,268 for start-up costs, and in the amounts specified in the Agreement for the subsequent years of the contract; to approve the necessary Budget Amendments; and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreement.
2. Recommendation to approve the Sixteenth Amendment to Agreement No. 11-5776, Medical Examiner Services, extending the term to September 30, 2027.
3. Recommendation that the Board (a) approve the Chair to sign Amendment One to Agreement No. DOS-25 between Collier County Sheriff’s Office and the Board of County Commissioners to increase the award by $88,238 for a total award of $436,074; (b) accept carryover grant funding in the amount of $87,738; and (c) authorize the necessary Budget Amendments. 4. Recommendation to approve the Fifth Amendment to Agreement No. 18-7266 for Collier Area Transit Mobile Ticketing, Trip Planning Application, and On-Board Wi-Fi with Masabi, LLC, to add an additional feature for Collier Area Transit's existing Mobile Ticketing with Masabi in the amount of $8,500.
5. Recommendation to approve and authorize the County Manager, under Resolution 2000-149, to sign a subrecipient agreement between Collier County and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office per direction of the Bureau of Justice Assistance in the amount of $65,074.00 and $683.42 in Program Income for FY24 to support a contracted delinquency prevention specialist, and authorize any necessary Budget Amendment. 7. Recommendation to approve and authorize the County Manager, under Resolution 2000-149, to sign a subrecipient agreement between Collier County and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office per direction of the Bureau of Justice Assistance in the amount of $75,766.00 and $963.35 in Program Income for FY 23 to support a contracted delinquency prevention specialist and authorize the necessary Budget Amendment. 8. Recommendation to award Construction Invitation to Bid No. 25-8425, “Oil Well Road (CR 858) Segments 3 & 4 Shoulder Improvement – Grant Funded” (FPID 452820-1-54-01 & 452822-1-54-01), to Ajax Paving Industries of Florida, LLC, for $2,558,538.66, approve an Owner’s Allowance of $100,000, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Construction Services Agreement. 9. Recommendation to award Invitation to Bid (“ITB”) No. 26-8620, “Large Machine Mowing Services,” to Primary Caribbean Lawn & Garden of SW Naples, FL, Inc., and Secondary Merantus Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sielle Property Maintenance, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached agreements.
10. Recommendation to award Invitation to Bid No. 26-8655, “Disaster Recovery for Traffic Signals and Roadway Lighting,” to Econolite Systems, Inc., as primary contractor, and to Horsepower Electric, Inc., as a secondary contractor, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached agreements.
11. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, award Invitation to Bid No. 26-8618 to Cape Power Solutions, LLC, Zabatt Engine Services, Inc., and National Power, LLC, for Generator Maintenance and Repair Services – Portable and Stationary Generators on a primary and secondary basis, terminate existing Agreement No. 23-8091R for convenience, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached agreements.
