  1. Recommendation to approve an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Naples to manage and construct the relocation of the City's 36-inch raw watermain and related accessories in conjunction with the Collier Boulevard Improvements Project from City Gate Boulevard North to Green Boulevard (Project 68056) and execute the attached Interlocal Agreement.
  2. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Recommendation to award Request for Proposal No. 26-8666, “Arbitrage Rebate Services,” to BLX Group LLC, with an estimated maximum annual fiscal impact of $25,000.00, and authorize the Chair to execute the attached agreement </span>
  3. Request to direct the Chair to sign an agreement between the Florida Department of Commerce and Collier County regarding the Seminole Tribe Government Center, approved by Resolution #2022-38 and authorized by Section 380.032(3), Florida Statutes.
  4. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Fourth Amendment between the David Lawrence Mental Health Center and Collier County to update language throughout the agreement as required by the grantor agency, revise the fixed price/unit cost reimbursement rates for FY 26/27, and correct a scrivener’s error. (Fund 1850 and 1852).
  5. Recommendation to approve an Agreement for Sale and Purchase under the Conservation Collier Land Acquisition Program with Michael Dabreo for a 2.73-acre parcel at a cost of $120,000, for a total cost not to exceed $122,030, inclusive of closing costs.
  6. Recommendation to approve an after-the-fact payment in the amount of $38,293.50 to Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., for professional engineering services performed under Agreement No. 18-7432-ST in connection with the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) Grant Immokalee Area Improvement Project No. 33563, Immokalee Water & Sewer Dist. (IWSD) Relocates Work Area #4, and authorize necessary Budget Amendment.
  7. *** This item to be heard at 9:30 a.m. *** Recommendation to award Request for Proposal ("RFP") 25-8419, "Tourism International Representation – UK and Ireland Market” to OMMAC Ltd., authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement, and make a finding that this action promotes tourism.
  8. *** This item to be heard at 9:30 a.m. *** Recommendation to award Request for Proposal ("RFP") 25-8420, "Tourism International Representation – Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg (BeNeLux) Markets” to DiaMonde GmbH & Co. KG., authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement, and make a finding that this action promotes tourism.
  9. Recommendation to approve eighteen (18) Agreements for Sale and Purchase under the Conservation Collier Land Acquisition Program for a total cost not to exceed $1,160,604, inclusive of closing costs.
  10. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to execute an agreement providing for: a) the exchange of 305.12 acres of County-owned land at Camp Keais, for 292 acres of land at Silver Strand; b) the County purchase of 57 acres of land at Silver Strand, all to be assembled with abutting County-owned land at Silver Strand for future operational use and long-term infrastructure; c) the County’s acquisition of 3 acres of land at Silver Strand pursuant to a developer commitment and needed as a future pond site; approve a First Amendment to the agreement reducing the 292 acres of land at Silver Strand by 0.33 acres; approve a Resolution authorizing the property exchange; approve an addendum and relevant documents for a Grazing Lease to continue through December 31, 2026, should the Board wish to do so; and approve all necessary Budget Amendments.
  11. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, approve the selection committee’s ranking and authorize contract negotiations with the top-ranked firm, WSP USA, Inc., related to Request for Professional Services No. 26-8660 for the Northeast Service Area Construction Engineering and Inspection Services, so that staff can return to the Board with a proposed agreement at a future meeting. (Project 70194)
  12. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex-officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, approve the selection committee’s ranking and authorize contract negotiations with the top-ranked firm, Black & Veatch Corporation, related to Request for Professional Services No. 26-8636 for Design Services for the North County Regional Water Treatment Plant, South County Regional Water Treatment Plant, and Carica Pump Station Generator Replacement, so that staff can return to the Board with a proposed agreement at a future meeting. (Project 70273)
  13. Recommendation for the Board to consider the requests by Southwest Heritage, Inc., in order to remain in compliance with the Restrictive Covenants of the State Historic Preservation Grant for the Black History Baggage Car Naples Depot Museum Project.
  14. Recommendation to approve a Stipulated Order of Further Extended Possession for Parcel 1463RDUE/TDRE in the condemnation case styled Collier County v. Del Rio, et al., Case No. 25-CA-240, allowing continued occupancy of the subject property through November 30, 2026, under specified terms and conditions, for the Vanderbilt Beach Road Extension Project No. 60249.
  15. Recommendation to accept the FY25-26 State Aid to Libraries Grant funding, in the amount of $115,317.00, and authorize the necessary Budget Amendment. (Public Services Grant Fund (1839))
  16. Recommendation to waive the nighttime hearing requirement and hear a Land Development Code amendment related to adding Errant Ball Containment Barriers as accessory and conditional uses within the Golf Course and Recreational Use (GC) Zoning District, at two regularly scheduled daytime Board of County Commissioners meetings, and approve a request to advertise the Land Development Code Amendment.

  18. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners approve Amendment No. 1 to the Debris Removal Interlocal Agreements between the Collier County Board of County Commissioners and the City of Marco Island and the City of Everglades City, respectively, for debris removal operations in the aftermath of a disaster event, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreements.
  19. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, award Invitation to Bid No. 26-8638 to U.S. Water Services Corporation for the Goodland Pump Station Improvements project, in the amount of $6,528,463.95, approve an Owner’s Allowance of $500,000, approve the necessary Budget Amendment, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreement. (Project Number 70276)
  20. Recommendation to approve, after-the-fact, Amendment Two (#HA026.A2) to the FY26 Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III Agreement with the Area Agency on Aging of Southwest Florida, Inc., for Services for Seniors, correcting the OA3C2 Home Delivered Meals – Frozen service rate and reflecting an increase of $1,113,917.00 for a revised total grant award amount of $2,470,143.00, and to authorize the necessary Budget Amendments. (Human Services Grant Fund 1837)
  21. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Recommendation to direct the County Manager or designee to work with Naples Zoo leadership regarding approximately 52.6 acres of County-owned property leased to Naples Zoo at 1590 Goodlette-Frank Road, Naples, Florida 34102, to evaluate an amendment extending the lease term and revising the termination provisions, a potential fee-simple conveyance subject to appropriate County protections, or such other direction as may be provided by the Board.
  22. Recommendation to ratify the County Manager’s award of Professional Services Agreement No. 26-8686, State Veterans' Nursing Home, to Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., based on the Board’s emergency declaration and direction on May 12, 2026, and make a finding that this expenditure has a valid public purpose. (Project 50112)
