Recommendation to award Request for Proposal No. 25-8334 to Communications International, Inc., for “Public Safety P25 Radio System Maintenance and Support Services,” approve terminating existing Agreement No. 15-6409 for convenience effective September 30, 2026, approve Agreement No. 25-8334 with an effective start date of October 1, 2026, and authorize the Chair to sign the attached Agreement.
  2. Recommendation to authorize the Chair to sign one (1) Release of Lien for an Affordable Housing Density Bonus for a unit that is no longer subject to the terms of the agreement. (Fund 1077)
  3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to a State-Funded Grant Agreement </span><span style="margin-left:0in;">(SFGA) </span><span style="margin-left:0in;">with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to reduce the agreement amount by $9,856,200 for the construction phase of the Airport Road Widening Project; execute a new SFGA Agreement with FDOT, in the amount of $9,856,200 for the construction of the Airport Road Widening Project between the Vanderbilt Beach Road and Immokalee Road; execute a Resolution memorializing the Board’s action; and to authorize the necessary Budget Amendments.   4. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign one (1) Release of Lien for full satisfaction of the Roberts Center Hurricane Hardening Agreement with Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc., in the amount of $102,083. (Fund 1806)
  5. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Emergency Solutions Grant Subrecipient Agreement (#ES26-01) between Collier County and The Shelter for Abused Women & Children, Inc., in the amount of $113,202.33 to support Shelter Operations and Personnel Salaries. (Housing Grant Fund 1835; Project 33997)
  6. Recommendation to approve an after-the-fact payment of $48,014.90 to Douglas N. Higgins, Inc., for work completed under Agreement No. 20-7800 and Work Order/Purchase Order No. 4500236764 after the work-order completion date expired, and authorize payment of the outstanding invoice.
  7. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, acting as the Collier County Airport Authority (the “Authority”), approve a First Amendment to Collier County Airport Authority Leasehold Agreement for Hangar Construction with Global Flight Training Solutions, Inc. (GFTS), at the Immokalee Regional Airport.
  8. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign a Community Development Block Grant Subrecipient Agreement (#CD26-01) between Collier County and Avow Foundation, Inc., in the amount of $400,000.00 to fund the Avow Parking and Accessibility Expansion project. (Housing Grant Fund 1835)
  9. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign two (2) Release of Lien for full payment in the amount of $22,137.87 pursuant to the Agreement for Deferral of 100% of Collier County Impact Fees for owner-occupied Affordable Housing Dwellings. (General Fund 0001)
  10. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign Community Development Block Grant Subrecipient Grant Agreement #CD26-04 between Collier County and The Shelter for Abused Women & Children, Inc., in the amount of $675,800.00 to fund the Emergency Shelter Safety & Security System Modernization project. (Housing Grant Fund 1835)
  11. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Settlement Agreement in the lawsuit styled Joseph Tironi v. Board of Commissioners of Collier County (Case No. 25-CA-1531), now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, for the sum of $2,500.00.
  12. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to execute a Settlement Agreement in the lawsuit styled Justin Gunger v. Collier County Board of Commissioners (Case No. 25-CA-2278), now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, for the sum of $2,500.
  13. Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners, as the ex officio Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, recognize an emergency operational situation affecting the South County Regional Water Treatment Plant and approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $1,122,548.08 to the Work Order under Agreement No. 21-7859 with Layne Christensen Company for the Deep Injection Well IW-1 and IW-2 Mechanical Integrity Testing and Well Rehabilitation project, add 136 days, increase the Work Order amount to $1,803,020.70, and approve the necessary budget amendment. (Project No. 71065)
  14. Recommendation to approve the purchase of liability, automobile, cyber, and other miscellaneous insurance coverage for FY 2027 at an estimated premium of $1,303,451.15.
  15. Recommendation that the Board approve the selection committee’s ranking and authorize staff to begin contract negotiations with the top-ranked firm, GHD Services, Inc., related to Request for Professional Services No. 25-8462 for Construction Engineering and Inspection services for construction of the Immokalee Recycling Drop-Off, Scalehouse, and Control Center. (Project 70232)
  16. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Recommendation to authorize the Procurement Services Director or designee to procure goods or services from vendors that have been awarded a contract as a result of a competitive selection process by a federal, state, or municipal government, or any other governmental agency, political subdivision, or government-related association, provided that the originating entity utilized a competitive process similar to Collier County’s, or a purchasing cooperative, and authorize the Procurement Services Director or designee to sign agreements associated with those purchases.
  17. Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign three Amendments between Renaissance Hall and Collier County to Agreements a) #APR21-24 Amendment #2, b) #ARP21-25 Amendment #2, and c) #ARP21-28 Amendment #1 to revise the unit allocation and clarify income documentation requirements. (Housing Grants Fund 1835)
  18. <span style="margin-left:.1pt;">Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to sign sixteen (16) mortgage satisfactions for the State Housing Initiatives Partnership loan program in the amount of $74,568.00 and to approve a Budget Amendment to recognize $2,568 in revenue from a loan payoff. (SHIP Grant Fund 1053)
