- Recommendation to approve a Resolution authorizing Intergovernmental Transfers (IGT) between Collier County EMS and the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for FY27, and to authorize the County Manager or designee to sign the Letter of Agreement with AHCA to accept direct payments from the program named Statewide Medicaid Managed Care (SMMC) for FY27.

- Recommendation to approve an Agreement for Sale and Purchase under the Conservation Collier Land Acquisition Program with (1) Bernabe Acosta for a 1.14-acre parcel at a cost of $34,200; (2) James A. and Alice M. Riley for a 1.14-acre parcel at a cost of $32,490; and (3) Kathryn M. Nichols for five parcels totaling 9.1 acres at a cost of $209,000, for a total cost not to exceed $282,970 inclusive of closing costs.
- <span style="margin-left:0in;">Recommendation to approve a Resolution approving and authorizing the Chair to execute the FY27 Public Transportation Grant Agreement (PTGA) 410139-1-84-10 with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) State Block Grant Program in the amount of $2,647,182, providing for State funding for eligible Collier County fixed-route transit administrative, management, and operational expenses in the amount of $1,323,591, approve a local match in the amount of $1,323,591, and authorize the necessary Budget Amendments.
- Recommendation to approve an Agreement for Sale and Purchase under the Conservation Collier Land Acquisition Program with (1) HK Investment AG, Inc., for a 0.37-acre parcel at a cost of $560,000; (2) Dwight and Ulrike Klett for a 0.57-acre parcel at a cost of $720,000; and (3) Kim M. Kueffner Trust for a 0.34-acre parcel at a cost of $475,000 for a total cost not to exceed $1,768,060 inclusive of closing costs.
- <span style="margin-left:0in;">Recommendation to approve the First Amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement among Collier County, the City of Bonita Springs, the Village of Estero, and The Trust for Public Land for the Bonita Estero Rail Trail Project, previously approved by the Board on June 23, 2026, and authorize transmittal of the fully executed First Amendment to the Clerk’s Minutes and Records Department for filing.
- Recommendation to receive a status report regarding the proposed acquisition of Wildflowerz Ranch for the Conservation Collier Program, including the proposed exclusion of approximately 14 acres for conveyance by the owner to Lee County Electric Cooperative (LCEC), select an acquisition option and provide direction to staff; and, if the Board directs staff to proceed with acquisition, authorize the County Manager or designee to execute an Agreement for Sale and Purchase consistent with the Board’s direction.
- Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chair to (a) sign the Low Income Pool Letter of Agreement with the Agency for Health Care Administration, in the amount not to exceed $4,008,319.00, to participate in the Medicaid Central Receiving Facility Low Income Pool Program generating $4,984,933 in federal matching funds for the benefit of David Lawrence Mental Health Center; (b) approve an additional $223,649 in General Fund support; (c) sign the required Provider Questionnaire to assist in meeting the state required match obligation; and (d) authorize necessary Budget Amendments.
