A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO REQUEST THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (FDOT) TO CONVEY SURPLUS PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF COCONUT CREEK TO BE UTILIZED FOR THE PUBLIC PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ADEQUATE DRAINAGE, UTILITIES, AND ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN THE MAINSTREET PROJECT AREA, AS PROVIDED HEREIN AND LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A.”
