- Approve a 63-month leasing agreement with Dex Printing. The agreement includes print management services, equipment and maintenance. This agreement has a cost savings of $17,873.04 annually and will save a total of $93,833.46 over the entire leasing period from the previous agreement. Annual cost is $76,008 for a total of $399,042 over 63 months. This is a budgeted item.Staff Representative: Kevin Perez, Informational Technology Director
- Approve the Interlocal Agreement between the Space Coast Transportation Planning Organization (TPO), FDOT and Brevard County municipalities in reference to the TPO to provide transportation planning services, to include the Central Florida Expressway Authority. Brevard County is a member of the Central Florida Expressway Board. The Central Florida Expressway Authority has a vital and increasing role in the transportation facilities and services in Brevard County. Staff Representative: Wayne Carragino, City Manager
- Authorize the City Manager to sign an agreement between United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), a component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Cocoa Beach Police Department, pursuant to which ICE delegates to nominated, trained, and certified officers or employees of the Cocoa Beach Police Department, the authority to perform certain immigration enforcement functions.
