Adopt Resolution No. 2025-06 to execute amendment #01 to the current Interlocal Agreement between FDOT and the City of Cocoa Beach for Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of Bicentennial Park. This amendment provides specific provisions for construction of the improvements currently in progress and specifies the City's obligation to maintain and operate any additional features constructed on the property.
