- Approve the property owner of 142 Minutemen Causeway to encroach its development’s brick paver walkway into FDOT right-of-way. The pavers in this area are maintained by the City of Cocoa Beach Public Works Department through an interlocal agreement with FDOT. FDOT is requesting documentation from the City of Cocoa Beach stating they approve the addition of the pavers as a condition of FDOT Permit # 2025-L-590-00001. As a condition of approval, the City will be named as an additionally named insured on the general liability insurance policy (no less that $1,000,000) of the property owner.Staff Representative: Brad Kalsow, Public Works & Water Reclamation DirectorRecommendation: Approve
