- Authorize staff to negotiate and award a contract with Club Car LLC for the Golf Car Replacement (CB26-009), to include a four-year lease/purchase agreement with DLL Finance LLC. The agreement would include applying the balance of the current golf carts trade-in value, not to exceed $592,574.40. In the event an agreement cannot be reached with Club Car LLC, staff is authorized to proceed with negotiations with the remaining ranked firm(s), including the option to re-solicit proposals through a new RFP if necessary, until a contract is executed. - Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Stormwater Education and Outreach Interlocal Agreement with Brevard County, the City of Cape Canaveral, City of Cocoa, City of Cocoa Beach, Town of Grant-Valkeria, City of Indian Harbour Beach, Town of Malabar, City of Satellite Beach, and City of West Melbourne. <br>This amendment is for the City of Satellite Beach to re-join the interlocal agreement.Staff Representative: Morgan Zuhlke, Stormwater Utility ManagerRecommendation: Approve.
