Adopt Resolution No. 2026-17 — A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, amending garbage, waste, and trash fees; providing for interpretation and for an effective date. </span><br><br><span style="margin-left:0in;">Resolution No. 2026-17 establishes revised garbage, waste, and trash fees associated with the City’s new solid waste services contract. The current contract expires December 31, 2026. The new contract and associated rates will take effect January 1, 2027, with the revised rates reflected on the February 2027 utility bill.
