Declare as surplus for the purpose of sale to Rosemary Cooper, certain unaddressed real property located at the southeast corner of Palm Bluff Street and North Myrtle Avenue; approve the agreement for transfer of real property; and authorize appropriate officials to execute same together with all other instruments required to affect closing.
