Approve to convey a Distribution Easement to Duke Energy Florida, LLC, and further described as the Easement Area located within Lots 1-10 of Block 8, Magnolia Park and Lots 1-10 of Block 5, Magnolia Park, less the Right of Way in the Northeast corner of Lot 5 of the plat as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 43, Pinellas County, FL Public Records, in support of the proposed City Hall development located at 200 S Myrtle Avenue, Clearwater, Florida and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same.
