Approve the vacation of the westerly 5-foot utility easement as platted, requested by landowners Sandra and Joseph Capper located at 1086 Eldorado Ave, Clearwater, FL 33767 as further defined a portion of Lot 10, Block 70, along with a portion of the south ½ of Lot 11, Block 70, Mandalay, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 32, Pubic Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and pass Ordinance 9821-25 on first reading.
