Amend Appendix A, Clearwater Code of Ordinances, Schedule of Fees, Rates and Charges, Article XXIV, Public Works Fees, Rates and Charges, Section (3)(c) Solid Waste Collection Rates, Section (3)(d) Recycling Rates, and Section (5) Other Miscellaneous Charges; Increase specific collection fees for Solid Waste and Recycling annually by 3.75% effective October 1, 2024, October 1, 2025, October 1, 2026, October 1, 2027, and October 1, 2028; and pass Ordinance 9788-24 on first reading.
