Reaffirm that portions of the former Harborview Property are unnecessary for public purposes; that disposal of said land is in the best interest of the Public; authorizing conveyance of the land by warranty deed pursuant to the terms of the purchase and sale agreement; authorizing the appropriate officials to execute said deed; releasing any automatic reservation and right of entry in accordance with F. S. 270.11, authorize the appropriate officials to execute same, and adopt Resolution 24-20.
