A. MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreement among Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach Counties for cost share support of services for the Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact (Exhibit 1), at no additional cost to the County beyond what is committed in Motion B; to authorize the County Administrator, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, to execute future amendments to the agreement that do not impose additional financial obligations or legal risk on the County; and to authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement. B. MOTION TO APPROVE Agreement between the Institute for Sustainable Communities (“ISC”) and Broward County for staffing and support services for the Southeast Florida Regional Climate Change Compact (Exhibit 2), which includes an annual County contribution of $95,000, for a total Broward County cost share of $285,000; and to authorize the County Administrator, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office, to execute future amendments to the Agreement that do not impose additional financial obligations or legal risk on the County; and to authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreement.
