MOTION TO APPROVE Three Party Escrow Agreement between Broward County, the Florida Department of Transportation, and the State of Florida, Department of Financial Services, Division of Treasury (Escrow Agent), providing for the County to deposit the total estimated cost of $521,596 into an escrow account to fund construction of fiber optic infrastructure upgrades and expansion along SR-814/Atlantic Boulevard from SR-7/US-441 to SR-9/I-95.
