MOTION TO APPROVE License Agreement between Broward County, and 2980 W. State Road, LLC., granting 2980 W. State Road, LLC a nonexclusive, revocable license to access and restore approximately 0.17 acres of impacted wetland areas within Pond Apple Slough Natural Area, at no cost to the County; and authorizing the County Administrator to take any and all necessary administrative actions.
