MOTION TO DIRECT County Attorney’s Office to review and draft one or more Ordinances, for future consideration by the Board, amending Chapters 9 and 39 of the Broward County Code of Ordinances, providing for general housekeeping amendments as well as substantive updates to provisions administered by the Building Code Division concerning contractor licensing, holiday wayside stands, and minimum landscaping requirements for synthetic turf.
