MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUPPORTING THE HONORARY DESIGNATIONS OF THE “PHIL SMITH MEMORIAL HIGHWAY,” THE “TERRY STILES MEMORIAL BOULEVARD,” AND THE “RICK CASE MEMORIAL HIGHWAY,” ON THE ROAD SEGMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN FLORIDA SENATE BILL 628 (2026); RECOGNIZING THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AS THE AGENCY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HONORARY DESIGNATION MARKERS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
