MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on October 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider enactment of an Ordinance adopting proposed amendments to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-4, PCT 26-5, PCT 26-6, PCT 26-7 and PCT 26-8), pertaining to BrowardNext, as amendments to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING HIGHLIGHTED REGIONAL ISSUES, POLICIES, DEFINITIONS, PERMITTED USES, AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
