MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on September 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider enactment of an Ordinance adopting a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 26-9), revising City of Fort Lauderdale Uptown Activity Center (Commission Districts 4 and 8) as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING THE FORT LAUDERDALE UPTOWN ACTIVITY CENTER; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
